Dr. Alicia Cabrera is a well-published, board-certified neurologist in the Greater Orlando area. She earned her medical degree from the Instituto Superior de Ciencias Medicas de Villa Clara, Cuba. She went on to complete her neurology residency at the Duke University Medical Center. She founded Neurology of Central Florida, her burgeoning practice of over 7,000 active patients.

Throughout her studies and succeeding career, Dr. Cabrera remained passionate in her pursuit of breakthrough medicine. Her experience in clinical research is well stated by her 24 years of experience conducting clinical trials coupled with her prominent publications. By remaining connected to real-world patient management through her clinical practice, she is able to provide patients with both the latest medical and research advances thereby offering truly comprehensive care plans for each of her patients.
